Bioderma Sensibio H2O Solution Micellaire review by E2E Beauty

This is my third or forth bottle of Bioderma Solution Micellaire I have used (at least, might have been more but I lost track). I have had both the 500ml version and the 250ml. Both versions come with the same type of dispenser and packaging.

Ingredients: Water (Aqua), PEG-6 Caprylic/Capric Glycerides, Cucumis Sativus (Cucumber) Fruit Extract, Mannitol, Xylitol, Rhamnose, Fructooligosaccharides, Propylene Glycol, Disodium Edta, Centrimonium Bromide. (Source: back of the bottle :) ).

This product is targeted for sensitive skin and is hypoallergenic. The texture is basically like water and it has no scent.
At the beginning I used to rave about this product, plus years back there weren't too many products on the market similar (unlike now when many brands have their own cleansing waters). Don't get me wrong I still love it, and will purchase it again most likely, however I feel this is not enough anymore for my everyday cleansing routine.

In order to demonstrate how good it cleanses I have added on my hand BB cream, foundation, liquid eye liner, waterproof mascara, eyeliner, lip stain and eyeshadow (order from left to right).

I put a generous amount of product on a big cotton pad and this is how it looked after one swipe.

After I gently swiped the cotton pad on my arm multiple times, all the product was gone except the waterproof mascara, and vague traces of eyeliner and lip tint.

After I rubbed more vigorously only the waterproof mascara left. After intense rubbing it cleansed everything eventually, but that is not something I want to do especially on my eye area.

I think it's a great cleanser for face make-up, but to be honest I wouldn't recommend it for the eye make up especially if you like to wear waterproof products. However even for face makeup you need to use quite some product to make sure it removed everything, so I don't use it for removing make-up anymore.
I do love to use it in the morning to remove all the oils and dirt that gathered on the surface of my skin overnight.
Would I still recommend it? To be honest yes, as it's great for sensitive skin, gentle and in the end it does it's job of removing make-up. But I would still recommend to use a separate eye make-up remover.

My Lip Balms Collection

I am the type of person that doesn't reapply lipstick along the day. In fact usually the only makeup product I carry with me is a lip balm.
Having this said I would like to present you my current lip balm collection. Is not big by any means but it's perfect for me. :)

First let's start with the basic ones, with no color. I like to use these at night before bed, and those tinted during the day. One of these I have received in a Pink Box and the other one from my sister in law.
- Rosal Lip Balm So Natural Denim
- Alive Lip HydroVolume Cream

They are ok...just ok... My favorite colorless lip balms are from Nivea, and once I finish these two up I will buy a Nivea one.

Elf Conditioning Lip Balm SPF 15 in Peaceful Pink. I would say this is actually the favorite from the bunch. The color payoff is good, consistency is a little bit thicker than the others I am about to show you, and it doesn't have as much of a gloss finish (which is why this one lasts more on the lips).

I have the entire lip balm collection from MUA called Love Heart. The only one that I am using the most is Great Lips (which I use at work, not that the rest are not office appropriate, but this one just ended up first in my purse).
I do enjoy all of them. They have a thin consistency and leave a juicy look. Plus they have such cute names :D

What is your favorite lip balm at the moment?

Small Cosmetic-Love Haul

I had a very pleasant surprise today when I picked up my order from Cosmetic-Love. Especially since it was unexpected due to 2 reasons: it came to my local post office instead of the customs one (as per usually), and it came very fast. I placed my order on 29th of September so it took less than 2 weeks :D.

Now to the goodies :D
P.S. I bought everything with my own money just in case you were wondering :P

I only got 3 things:
- Missha Creamy Latte Chocolate Cleaning Foam
- Etude House Proof 10 Eyeshadow Primer
- Nature Republic Super Aqua Max Watery Cream for combination/sensitive skin(which has the same scent as the sheet mask, may be a little bit strong for some, but I personally like it)

And the freebies, which to be honest they make me most excited when I open my package (I am a little weird aren't I :P).

- Nature Republic Clear Charcoal Nose Pack
- Skin Food Royal Honey Hydro Massage Gel
- After School Watery Skin BB Foundation Lunch Box SPF 37 PA++
- Skin Food Egg White Pore Foam (which I had before also as a sample and I remember that I liked it)
- Nature Republic Super Aqua Max Combination Watery Mask Sheet (which I had before and loved, and why I choose the face cream from the same line)

If you would like a review for any of the above let me know :)

Small haul 1001cosmetice.ro and swatches

Today I would like to share a small haul from 1001cosmetice.ro
It's the first time I order from them, but I have been checking their site for a while now, and I think they have really good price. The order arrived really fast as well.

It came in a small box, in a cute bag secured by bubble wrap.

For orders above 50 RON you receive a mini Nivea deo, but my son thought it was so much more interesting than his 1000+ toys he owns, so he snatched it before I got to take a picture of it as well.

What I got is an Essence silky touch blush in the color Baby doll and 2 Rimmel London Apocalips Lip Lacquer in Celestial and Nova.

Swatches:

The 2 colors of the Lip Lacquers are very similar, Celestial is more of a muted more natural pink while Nova is slightly brighter.

Celestian on the left and Nova on the right.

                                                                                Bare lips

                                                                                 Nova

                                                                              Celestial

Let me know if you are interested in a more in depth review for any of these.

Lioele Triple The Solution BB Cream SPF30 PA++ 50ml review by E2E Beauty

This is one the first beauty products I have purchased that introduced me later on to Asian beauty and skincare. I have first heard of it when I watched Hollyannaeree video on Lioele products (if you want to watch it click here)
Lioele carries 3 different BB creams:
- Water Drop BB SPF 27 PA++ 50ml
- Beyond the Solution BB Cream 50ml
- Triple the Solution BB Cream SPF30 PA++ 50ml

Ingredients: Water, Titanium Dioxide, Dipropylene glycol, Butylene glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate, Cyclopentasiloxane, Diphenylsiloxy Phenyl Trimethicone, Cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 dimethicone, Dimethicone, Glycerin, Arbutin, Sodium Hyaluronate, Cyclohexasiloxane, Zinc Oxide, Sorbitan sesquioleate, Magnesium sulfate, Talc, Yogurt Powder, Glycyrrhiza Glabra, Fragaria vesca, Cananga Odorata Flower Powder, Tocopheryl Acetate, Adenosine, Disteardimonium Hectorite, Polyglyceryl-4 isostearate, Ozokerite, Beeswax, Propylene carbonate, Zinc Stearate, Diisostearyl malate, Hexyl Laurate, Triethoxycaprylylsilane, Dimethicone/methicone copolymer, Methylparaben, Phenoxyethanol, Butyl Paraben, Propylparaben, Fragrance, CI 77491, CI 77499. (source CosDNA)

The bb cream comes in the usual plastic tub with a pump. The pump is quite good and lets you dispense as little product as you want. In time the pump and cap can become dirty (if you don't clean it after each use), but still nothing that can't be fixed with a piece of tissue.

According to the description from the front of the tube: "This product makes your skin moist as yogurt and hyaluronic acid supply moisture and nutrition. SPF 30 PA ++, Whitening, Wrinkle Care".

I would have to agree to most of it. The texture of this bb cream is thick, but easily blendable (as long as you use the right technique). How I like to apply it, is by squirting a pump on the back of my hand, then dotting it all over my face. Then I pat it into the skin using 1-2 fingers. It doesn't dry too fast so you can take you time working with it. It gives a dewy finish at first, but after few minutes when it's settled in, I think it leaves more of a satin finish.
I love it, the skin looks so healthy and more important natural. The color match is very good (sorry can't give a MAC referenced, as I never went there to get color matched - the horror!).

As for coverage I would say medium but buildable. I don't have many blemishes, mostly redness of the skin and major issue with dark circles (mostly hereditary, and the lack of sleep takes it to the next level :( ).
Not sure if it's that visible in the below pic, but it's give a healthy shine (I think is more visible on the top of the cheek). I say it covered the beauty mark decently, with only one layer. I never apply 2 layers, as I prefer the natural look much more than coverage.

And since my dark circles are at their "best" these days (with my boy being sick and sleepless nights) I applied a light layer of BB cream under my left eye. The brightening effect is quite visible.

I am using it almost every time I wear make-up and it hasn't broken me out so far. And after using it regularly for several months now I think it did improve the condition of my skin (can't say to what extent though). I forgot to mention that it does have a smell (not sure how to describe it but I like it), but it's toned down so I think that even those that are sensitive to scents can use it.

Price:

I bought it a couple of years back from ebay (don't remember the seller) but you can find it on Cosmetic-Love for 24,17 USD (shipping included), or on RoseRoseShop for 14 USD + shipping (currently on sale from 20USD). Of course you can find it on many other sites, but I usually buy from the 2 I just mentioned. You can also check: W2beauty, ibuybeauty or Twofacemall

Would I buy it again?

Yes I would. However I am interested in trying many other base make-up (and since 50 ml lasts for so long), I don't know when I will get to repurchase it.

However I highly recommend it.

FOTD

Today I am thinking to try my first face of the day post. Not sure if it will also be my last, as I tend to gravitate to the same look all the time (so most likely all will look very similar/identical), but here goes nothing :D

My favorite combination before applying make-up:
- Etude House Wonder Pore Toner  (review here)
- Tony Moly Floria Nutra Energy Toner (review here), even though is marked as a toner I use it as a light moisturized (especially if i will use a dewy finish bb cream afterwards)
- Biore UV Perfect Face Milt SPF 50 PA+++ (review here)

As base make up I keep it pretty simple and clean:

- Laura Mercier Undercover 2 (secret concealer part) to cover the dark circles. Is a very nice, creamy, salmon tone concealer that is perfect to neutralize the dark blue undertones under the eye. The other half had the Secret Camouflage which was a skin tone concealer but you had to rub really hard in order to pick up some product on your finger. And when you finally put it on it either caked up over base makeup, or rub off under base makeup. When it popped by itself one day, I had no regrets in throwing it to the garbage.
- Lioele Triple the Solution BB cream, I love this bb cream. I use about a pump for my whole face.

 For the eyes I used:
- ELF essential eye primer, I'm almost out of it. It's a decent primer, for the money you can't beat it. This was my second tube, but I would like to try next Etude House Proof 10 eyeshadow primer. I hear it's pretty good.
- Rimmel eyebrow pencil (the color rubbed out), I used it sparingly at the ends of the eyebrow just for a tad bit of definition
- Milani Easyline in black, it's just a plain black retractable pencil. It smudges pretty easily. I used it to extend the corner of my eye a little.
- Wet n Wild Knock on Wood trio: brow bone color all over the lid (it a soft dusty pink with some tiny particles of sparkle), crease color in the crease and eyelid color in the outer corner (a beautiful coppery color).
- MUA Undressed pallet: off white color with a hint of champagne under tone on the brow bone and inner corner, and the dark brown color as a liner on the outer half of the eye applied with a angle liner brush.
- Rimmel Scandal Eyes mascara, it's an ok mascara with a big wand. I like to use it on an everyday basis even though is not waterproof, because it's easily removed at the end of the day even with a makeup wipe.

For the cheeks i only used ELF studio blush in Mellow Mauve, which is a beautiful dusty color with some blue tiny specks of shimmer. It's beautiful and I really like it in the fall time, but it has sooo many fallout. I barely tap my brush in it, and it goes everywhere.

For the lips I used:
- ELF essential lipstick in Seductive
- MUA Intense Kisses Lip gloss in the shade Lips are Sealed (although the picture was taken before I applied the gloss as well)

And the final look. Very natural, everyday type of makeup. This time I added a bolder lip color, but usually I keep it pretty natural as well.

Hope you enjoyed it! :D
